About the Role & Team
Our office in Milano is home to a dynamic team of 13 professionals working in a collaborative shared space. The team includes a mix of sales roles, a Customer Success Team Lead, and a Marketing Manager, all focused on driving growth and supporting each other. You’ll report to our SDR Team Lead and become part of a motivated, energetic team where every contribution matters.
As our new Sales Development Representative, your main objective is to support revenue growth.
What you will do
- Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Italian market, focusing on the Formalize product
- Identify, contact and communicate with potential customers or partners with the aim of organising client meetings
- Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers, as you will be the first point of contact, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services
- Carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot
What you bring
- Native proficiency in Italian and professional proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
- Self-motivated and eager to grow in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment
It is not a requirement to have many years of sales experience, but it is a plus if you have. Most importantly, we are looking for people with the right drive and motivation.
Practicalities
- Salary: Base salary from €29.100 to €30.300 and uncapped commission
- Office location: Bastioni di Porta Nuova 21, Milano
- Working hours: 40 hours a week onsite, with one day working from home
You will be offered a base salary of €29.100, when being new to the SDR role. Candidates with significant, directly relevant sales or lead-generation experience may be offered up to €30.300, based on an assessment of prior qualifications.
