🌟 What you will do:
As a Software Engineer – AI & backend on the Product team, your job will be to:

• Continuously improve the platform while looking out for new opportunities.
• Be responsible for all the stages of the feature development cycle
• Discuss ideas, design, and take part in workshops
• Coordinate with other teams to deliver features of high complexity
• Release features to millions of users
• Talk directly to customers (if you are comfortable with that)

🌟 What we think you bring to the table:

• 2-3 year of work experience in machine learning and backend development.
• A good demonstration of skills can replace years of work experience.
• Good understanding of AI and ML concepts and their practical application.
• Experience with Postgresql, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL database is a plus
• Experience with Python and Django; Nodejs or Elixir is a plus
• Commitment to the craft and the collaboration involved.
• Peer reviewing and writing robust, reusable, and testable code.
• Understanding of scalability and performance

• Grafana Dashboarding
• Vector Databases
