The Who, What, Why, and Where

There is a big global interest in our product, and to supercharge the potential, we are now hiring a Renewal Operations Specialist for our Renewal Team. At the heart of our strategy is keeping customers excited and guiding them to get the most out of being a Veo customer. We achieve this through automated communication at scale, being as proactive as possible in our interactions with customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Help bring Veo’s customers to value by driving personalised interactions at scale
• Ensure seamless processes for our Adoption & Engagement Specialists
• Evaluate automation performance and identify places for improvement
• Run experiments across different phases in the customer lifecycle
• Ensure localisation across 9 languages
• Combine data sources to create personalized customer engagement
• Maintain current automations
• Project management of cross-department tasks and projects

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with ActiveCampaign or similar marketing automation tools
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Flair for data, and how data is stitched together - this will help you in personalized communication and segment creation
• Understanding and interest in designing and delivering superior customer experiences
• Prior experience with Zapier and Segment
