The Job

You will become part of a dedicated team working to deliver world-class customer service. You will be responsible for our USA subsidiary. The job will be based at HQ in Herning. The working hours are based on a standard working week of 37 hours with flexibility. But since you will be working with USA, Mondays and Tuesdays may start later (12:00 am) and finish in the evening to be available within their working day. These days can be taken from home. Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays will be in Herning within standard DK working hours. We are open to discussing this. You will report to our Country Manager Alex Lerian, who is based in the USA, with local management support, who can assist when needed.

You will play a central role in ensuring that our customers have a positive experience every time they contact us. Your tasks will include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Advising and supporting customers regarding our products and services.
• Collaborating with project coordinators, designers, technical designers and USA salespeople to solve customers’ needs and challenges.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
• Capability to submit design requests, orders, and proactively track and notify our clients of shipments.
• Process invoices, both for clients and our internal team in the USA.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service and wants to be part of our team for many years to come. You may have a background in logistics or freight, but you may also have experience with customer service from a manufacturing company. The right candidate has:

• Experience with the software from the Office package, including Outlook. Knowledge of M3 or another ERP system is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, in Danish and especially in English.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
• The ability to work independently as well as in teams
• A positive attitude and a desire to create value for our customers and colleagues.
• Experience within project management.
