Hardware Support Engineer

We are looking for a Hardware Support Engineer to strengthen our support team and contribute to the ongoing development of our hardware products. Your responsibilities and tasks:

• Provide 2nd line support for our inverter products
• Collaborate with 1st line support and the procurement department
• Identify and resolve hardware issues and follow up on ongoing solutions
• Ensure that product documentation is accurate and up to date
• Assist with ad-hoc development tasks as needed
• Opportunity to expand your skills into other hardware areas, such as Control Electronics

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an engineer or technician with relevant experience
• Has 2–3 years of experience in problem-solving (hardware-related experience is a plus)
• Is curious, engaging, results-oriented, and systematic
• Is motivated to learn and expand their electronics skills
• Can communicate in both Danish and English, written and spoken

Travel activity is limited to 3–4 times per year, so you will primarily work from the office or laboratory.
