Nordic Real Estate Manager

We’re looking for a Nordic Real Estate Manager to take lead on our lease portfolio and facilities across the region. If you like working independently and getting things done, this could be the role for you.
You’ll be part of our Operations team, where we value collaboration, trust, and practical solutions that make a real difference.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Keep track of all lease contracts in the Nordics,
- Find and select new store locations in the region,
- Negotiate new leases and renegotiate existing ones,
- Plan relocations and assess closures,
- Handle facility management for all leases.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong negotiation skills and a practical mindset,
- Experience with real estate or lease administration,
- Good communication and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
