As a Media Pricing Analyst with Annalect’s Nordic Productivity team, you’ll take ownership of monitoring and controlling media investment performance across Omnicom Media Group agencies in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. This role is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy working with data, thrive on ensuring accuracy and transparency, and are eager to deepen their understanding of media auditing and media buying mechanisms.
About the role
You’ll collaborate with OMD, PHD, and Hearts & Science to deliver transparent, optimised media investment outcomes. The role blends data engineering and QA, reporting, stakeholder communication, and advisory. Your primary focus will be monitoring media cost performance for clients across the Nordics.
What you’ll do
Measurement & Analytics
- Transform and validate datasets, maintain QA checks, and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Monitor media cost performance across multiple clients and markets.
- Build specialist knowledge in media pricing, buying mechanics, and audit methodologies.
To be successful: reports are trusted and timely; stakeholders rely on your numbers and insights.
Communication
- Coordinate processes and timelines, plan data deliveries, and manage expectations with internal teams, Global Investment, and external auditors.
- Explain complex setups simply and tailor communication to the audience.
- Share concise, actionable insights with investment teams, agency client teams, and senior stakeholders across the Nordics.
To be successful: cost performance results are communicated clearly and strengthen cross-team collaboration.
Advisory
- Advise investment and client teams on optimisation opportunities, quantifying impact and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with teams to close the loop on recommendations and report what changed.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for client teams and external auditors.
To be successful: recommendations lead to measurable improvements in cost performance and value delivery.
What we’re looking for
- Strong numeracy skills and an analytical mindset; meticulous with data and comfortable with large datasets.
- Interest in data management, quality control, and process coordination.
- 0–3 years’ experience (recent graduates welcome) in analytics, marketing, economics, or related fields.
- Clear, confident communication in English (CEFR B2+). Scandinavian language skills are a plus.
- Collaborative team player who takes ownership and delivers high-quality work.
