As an IT Supporter at ABENA, you’ll be passionate about delivering outstanding service and quality solutions to your 1,500 colleagues. Ysou’ll join a strong team of 11 skilled colleagues, where informal communication and good humor are highly valued. You’ll help ensure smooth and seamless operation of our IT systems and technologies, contributing to an efficient workday for all our users.

What will your day look like?
As our new IT Supporter, you’ll be self-driven, highly engaged, and skilled at working in complex environments. You’ll primarily work with Azure, MS 365, Clients/Hardware, but you’ll also be exposed to other areas of IT. You’ll support VM environments, networks, AV solutions, daily operations, system tasks, monitoring, and more.
You’ll work in shifts between 08:00–16:00 or 07:00–15:00, where you will:
- Handle all types of support tasks.
- Support our users via phone or ticket system.
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues and our IT Operations team.
- Acquire new knowledge and contribute to documentation for knowledge sharing.

We’re looking for someone with a relevant IT educational background – but there are multiple paths to this role, and we welcome applications from both experienced professionals and recent graduates.
