From our HQ in Aarhus, we’re scaling across Europe and the Middle East — building new business units and delivery hubs to support international growth.

We’re now looking for a Business & Growth Intern to join our HQ team and play a key role in shaping how we scale. You’ll be part of a small, high-energy group working on recruitment, business operations, and process improvement — all contributing directly to building our next business unit.

🎯 The Role
You’ll work closely with leadership on both strategic and hands-on projects. While recruitment is a key focus, your scope will extend into operations, communication, and growth initiatives that make our expansion successful.

This internship gives you exposure to how a SaaS company scales teams, systems, and processes — ideal for someone who wants real business experience in a fast-moving startup.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Support recruitment campaigns (writing job posts, screening candidates, coordinating interviews).
• Help build internal processes for a new business unit.
• Conduct research on talent markets, competitors, and best practices.
• Coordinate between our HQ in Aarhus and international delivery hubs.
• Contribute to leadership meetings, documentation, and project planning.

✅ You Bring
• Currently studying or recently graduated within business, IT, communications, or related field. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently. • Fluent in English (Danish is a plus). • Interest in recruitment, operations, or scaling startups.
