To further expand and strengthen our team in Airport Automation we are looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our product team. You become part of a team dedicated to working with our CrisBag product, and together with the team, you’ll bring tomorrow’s automation solutions to life.

Shape the direction of our software solutions and drive innovation
Joining the team, your focus will be to lead complex projects, and ensuring high-quality software delivery, also acting as a technical sparring partner for both internal teams and customers.
Success in this position also involves mentoring colleagues, focusing on their professional development and growth.
Your key responsibilities involve:
- Solidly analyse, guide, and set direction for overall technical choices within projects.
- Ensure the sustainability and high quality of our solutions while aligning with the organization's technical direction.
- Act as a mentor for team members, focusing on their professional development and growth.
- Conduct training courses in technical disciplines to enhance the team's skills.
- Collaborate closely with Software Architects to design solutions that fulfil user and customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of software implementation, as well as explore solutions beyond own area of responsibility.
- Lead the implementation of entire new functionalities independently or by leading a group of Software Developers and Senior Software Developers.
- Provide clear technical direction to top management and contribute to the product vision.

Moreover, you bring the following qualifications to the job:
- A degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of micro-service architecture, containerization, Docker is an advantage.
- Solid experience in JAVA.
- Advanced certifications in software development or related technologies are a strong advantage and demonstrate your commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- Several years of professional software development experience, with a proven record of leading successful, high-impact projects from concept to delivery.
- Deep proficiency in Agile development methodologies, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments where adaptability and continuous improvement drive success.
