We are excited to welcome a new Coordinator to join our team Custom Made Products at our headquarters in Ebeltoft at the earliest opportunity.
About the job
As Coordinator in Kvadrat Custom Made Products, you will be joining a small team of project managers, specialized in bespoke solutions for architects, interior designers, industry customers and artists.
You will play a key part in securing an overview of project pipeline, forecasts, product portfolio, price registrations and stock levels. With your structured and logical mindset, you will analyse data and ensure that administrative and operational matters run smoothly.
Some of your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Project registration and filing structure – physically and digitally
- Product registration, price calculations and system updates
- Monitoring of stock levels and stock agreements
- Analysis of sales figures and structuring forecast and pipelines
- Organising of legal documents – e.g. supplier contracts and NDAs
- Supporting supplier meetings with relevant data and figures
- Coordination of shipping activities – e.g. of special orders and product samples
- Monitoring of purchase order flow and incoming orders for quality control
- Supporting project managers with preparing material for inhouse and online presentations
- Organising of Custom Made Product’s development and sample archives
Qualifications & Competencies
You hold an office background from e.g. finance, shipping or customer service. Preferred minimum 3 years of work experience. Other than that, we are looking for:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured work approach
- A logical mindset with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent administrative and communication skills
- Proactive and open minded when collaborating with colleagues and suppliers
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with D365 and Power BI is an advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
