As a Student Assistant, you will become part of our CSR team in Aarhus C, where there is plenty of room for ideas and great opportunities for sparring. You will join a well-functioning team with solid knowledge within CSR, traceability and EPR. We play on the team that has the most fun — and we prefer to stay on the offense! For us, it’s all about taking initiative, supporting each other, and celebrating both the small and the big wins.

More About the Role and Your Responsibilities
As a Student Assistant, you will assist your colleagues with a wide range of tasks within CSR, traceability, EPR, and data.

Your tasks will include:

• Managing EPR across different countries and handling related reporting
• Collecting documents such as certificates, audit reports, and other required materials.
• Entering and processing data in various tools
• Completing customer requirements and providing product data upon request
• Day-to-day ad hoc tasks.

How to Make the Team
We would prefer that you have a background in purchasing or another relevant field. Knowledge of the textile industry and materials is an advantage, as is an understanding of CSR and sustainability, but not a requirement.

Strong Excel skills are preferred, experience with power BI or other data management and visualization tools are a plus.

In addition, we expect that:

• You are self-driven, able to conduct research, take initiative, and feel comfortable reaching out to others.
• You contribute with a good sense of humor and a positive attitude
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You are a team player who is not afraid to take responsibility for your own tasks
• You can work 8–15 hours per week. However, we are flexible, as there may be periods with fewer hours depending on holidays and exams.
