SAP Payroll AMS Consultant in Denmark

Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP Payroll Consultant to join our AMS team and provide expert support for payroll operations. This role focuses on maintaining and optimising SAP Payroll systems within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to analyse requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Provide AMS support for our Danish customers’ payroll-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
• Ensure compliance with Danish labour laws and payroll regulations.
• Manage change requests through the C4C system and ensure proper documentation and testing.
• Provide professional guidance and support to Operations teams and various functional teams within the organization.
• Create comprehensive documentation of challenges and change orders in collaboration with other units.

Experience and education

• Demonstrated experience in maintaining and supporting SAP HCM Danish Payroll.
• Solid understanding of Danish payroll regulations and end-to-end processes.
• At least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll support or implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Danish (native or near-native level).
• Good command in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of the Time Management (TM) module is an added advantage.
