The Role
We are looking for a Global Sales Manager who does not Blame It on the Boogie but can take the rhythm worldwide — combining commercial strategy with creative storytelling. You will drive business growth across international markets, harmonizing data-driven sales with inspiring brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cooperate closely around the strategic sales with the CEO and “explore his creative mind” and convert this into actual business opportunities.
  • Scale global B2B sales and marketing operations, focusing on hospitality, retail, and leisure sectors.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with customers, agencies, and resellers worldwide.
  • Drive brand visibility through digital campaigns and industry events.
  • Collaborate with music curators, content creators, and tech teams to ensure product–market fit and consistent brand storytelling.
  • Identify and select new business opportunities — from Across the Universe of potential clients — and close deals that resonate.
  • Think proactively and conceptually around all sales and marketing activities.
  • Run on-line demonstrations with potential customers and develop and nurse existing ones in cooperation with your skilled colleagues.
  • Manage and mentor a small, high-performing international team.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience and sales track record in international B2B sales and marketing, ideally in SaaS, media, or music-tech industries.
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms and technology driven solutions.
  • A strong global commercial mindset — thrive in navigating cultural and linguistic diversity.
  • Strategic commercial agility and creative flair: you know when to Play That Funky Music — and when to Jam.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A passion for music and its power to shape customer experience.
  • It’s an advantage if you are experienced growing business with chain stores ranging from 5-500 stores.

As a person your bring along an entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and result-driven approach and the ability to work independently and dare to take decisions and create progress.

You possess strong networking skills and ability to build trusted client relationships and have a high level of self-motivation and accountability.

Furthermore you have adaptability and willingness to work in a small global organization, where everybody takes responsibility for the whole value chain and must be comfortable working in a professional setting that emphasizes focus, quality, and excellence.
