Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Engagement & Vendor Manager to manage end-to-end consultant lifecycle operations while also acting as a key point of contact for client relationships in India and the UK.
This hybrid role combines:

You will work closely with client stakeholders, consultants deployed at client sites, internal leadership, and the legal/commercial teams to ensure smooth operations, contract continuity, and a superior consultant experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultant Lifecycle Management
- Manage the full consultant lifecycle: onboarding, deployment, confirmation, extension, and exit
- Coordinate offer letters, contracts, onboarding documents, and induction
- Ensure timely background verification and joining formalities
- Track consultant performance, attendance, timesheets, and project milestones
2. Client & Vendor Relationship Management (India + UK)
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and vendor partners
- Build strong working relationships with project leads, hiring managers, procurement, and vendor teams
- Conduct regular cadence calls and feedback sessions with both clients and consultants
- Collaborate with clients to identify upcoming needs and opportunities
3. Contract Extensions & Commercial Coordination
- Drive contract extensions by proactively engaging clients and consultants
- Manage contract negotiations and commercial terms with clients
- Coordinate with internal legal teams for contract reviews, renewals, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to compliance, legal, and contractual obligations
4. Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure seamless service delivery and consultant performance
- Work across procurement tools and vendor management platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, PRO)
- Maintain accurate consultant records, trackers, and operational dashboards
- Support account teams in addressing operational issues, escalations, or delays
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and consultant records
- Coordinate with compliance, finance, and legal teams for updates and filings
6. Payroll & Timesheet Coordination
- Liaise with payroll & finance teams to ensure timely salary disbursal
- Track timesheets, client approvals, and billing cycles
- Resolve discrepancies related to pay, attendance, invoicing, or client approvals
7. Consultant Engagement & HR Support
- Conduct regular engagement check-ins and welfare calls
- Address consultant grievances, concerns, and escalations promptly
- Drive retention, motivation, and long-term consultant success
- Run engagement initiatives and communication programs
8. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare MIS reports, consultant dashboards, extension trackers, and status reports
- Provide timely updates to internal leadership and account managers
- Support client audits and business reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
- 7–12 years of experience in consulting, staffing, HR operations, account management, or vendor management
- Experience supporting UK or Europe-based clients (preferred)
- Strong understanding of consultant lifecycle, contracts, and compliance
- Familiarity with vendor management platforms (Beeline, Fieldglass, PRO, etc.)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
