About the role
We’re looking for a talented Commercial Excellence Lead to help elevate Ellab’s global sales organisation. Based in Hillerød, you will work closely with both local and international colleagues - all passionate about helping life science customers improve quality and compliance.
You will be the bridge between sales insights and execution - analyzing performance, driving CRM adoption and leading projects that make our commercial teams more effective.

What will you do?
- Create insights and dashboards that guide sales priorities.
- Improve CRM usage and data quality across global regions.
- Support account planning, forecasting and sales training.
- Lead commercial improvement projects and support our new CPQ rollout.
What will you bring?
- A few years of experience in commercial excellence, sales ops or consulting.
- Analytical mindset and great stakeholder skills.
- Experience with CRM and CPQ.
- Curiosity, problem solving skills, structure and drive to make things happen.
