The opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Marketing & Sales Operations Manager to join our Front End Sales team for the domestic market in Sweden. In this role, you will play a key part in marketing execution, process optimization, and performance improvement across our commercial operations.

The Marketing & Sales Operations Manager drives productivity and efficiency within the sales organization by implementing, optimizing, and supporting marketing and sales processes, tools, and strategies. Acting as a key operational partner to both Marketing and Sales teams, you will ensure seamless integration of activities, enable data-driven decision-making, and foster continuous improvement in customer engagement and market positioning.

This position is reporting to Jörgen Wingren, Head of Sales in the Front End Sales team, and placement is our office in Västerås, Sweden.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Manage and develop the Marketing & Sales Operations team by coaching, ensuring performance and engagement.
  • Implement and optimize Marketing & Sales processes, tools, and infrastructure towards operational excellence.
  • Assist with goal setting, budgeting, and follow-up on global and local sales objectives.
  • Define and deliver marketing plans, campaigns, and cross business units initiatives aligned with global strategy.
  • Oversee Salesforce, Anaplan, Power BI dashboards, and ensure user training and process compliance.
  • Organize and execute customer events, track engagement, and analyze ROI.
  • Collect and analyze market and competitor data to support strategic decisions.
  • Deliver management reports, statutory reporting, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Act as a liaison for Marketing Communication and drive consistent messaging and internal structures. Lead and drive external market communication initiatives to highlight news and success stories in the domestic market.
  • Drive growth programs, monitor KPIs, and lead local NPS activities.

Your Background

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience in market communication
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and data visualization platforms like Power BI.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish, with the ability to engage stakeholders across functions and levels
  • A collaborative mindset, with demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across global and local operations.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and deliver value to the business.
