Group Functions play a vital role in servicing the bank’s business units and offer a broad range finance opportunities in areas from finance, risk management, legal, compliance to human resources, sustainability, marketing and communication.
Key Responsibilities
You will be joining a dedicated team of finance professionals anchored in Finance Partner department within CFO Area. The team’s mission is to enable value creation by sharing insights and analysis in the financial steering of Group Functions, Business Customers and Large Corporates & Institutions.
You will take the role as a Finance Partner for a specific area within Group Functions like Finance or Finance Crime Prevention. This includes responsibility for management reporting, as well as collaborating with senior management on how to unlock value potential through optimisation of the unit’s financial performance.
Key Tasks:
- Act as Financial Business Partner for a business area within Group Functions.
- Be the CFO Area representative in the business areas management team.
- Coordinate the financial planning & analysis (FP&A) process for the business area.
- Develop a sustainable framework to unlock value potential through finance partnering.
- Contribute to adopting a more data-driven style of decision making.

What we look for
To ensure a good match, we imagine you have the following qualifications:
- A relevant master level degree
- 0 – 3 years of relevant working experience
- Stakeholder management capabilities and skills in establishment of trusted relationships through impactful communication and value-added insights
- Curiosity in data analytics and digitisation with interest in tools like Excel, SQL, Python and Tableau/Power BI.
- An open mindset to make things happen in a diverse and complex organisation
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
