Then you might be our new Customer Success Manager for Energy Management Systems (EMS) at EG!
Empower customers to succeed
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll ensure our Danish EMS customers don’t just use the software, they achieve meaningful outcomes with it. You’ll work hands-on with property owners and facility teams to turn insights into action, reduce energy waste, and unlock the full value hidden in their data. Along the way, you’ll accelerate adoption, minimize churn, and identify new opportunities to strengthen and grow their results. You will join a Nordic Customer Success organization and report to the Customer Success Manager for EMS, collaborating closely with Sales, Delivery, and Product to ensure seamless customer experience.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with your customers across Denmark.
- Proactively drive customer adoption, renewals, and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
- Facilitate smooth handovers from project delivery to ongoing success and value realization.
- Analyse usage data and customer feedback to identify risks and opportunities – and act before issues arise.
- Support customer meetings, workshops, and events to strengthen engagement and visibility.
- Share insights with internal teams to continuously improve the customer journey and solution roadmap.
Who we are looking for
You thrive at the intersection of people, technology, and business. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and can translate complex solutions into meaningful business outcomes.
We imagine you bring:
- Solid experience from customer success, account management, or consulting, ideally within SaaS or IT.
- Strong commercial mindset and understanding of what drives long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – comfortable engaging with both users and decision-makers.
- The ability to analyze data and turn insights into actions.
- A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach – you see possibilities, not problems.
- A genuine interest in energy management, sustainability, and digital transformation.
Experience with customers in public sector, real estate, or facility management is a strong advantage.
