Sparinvest seeks Compliance Officer

We are looking for an analytical and committed Compliance Officer for our Compliance department in Luxembourg.

Sparinvest S.A. is a Super Management Company in Luxembourg with a branch in Denmark. Sparinvest S.A. has Luxembourg and Danish UCITS and AIF under management.

As a Compliance Officer, you are responsible for catering for a broad range of services to the organization.

Your main tasks:

• Support the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing the compliance program, aligning with regulations, business needs, and risk assessments.
• Advise and assist internal stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Identify, escalate, and monitor compliance risks.
• Enhance and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare compliance reports for committees, Boards, auditors, and regulators.

About you:

• Master’s degree or equivalent with at least three years' experience in a similar role within a Management Company/AIFM or regulated entity.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
• Solution-oriented, curious, and a solid understanding of the asset management industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for interpreting and presenting regulatory and compliance matters.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and goal-driven mindset.
