Are you a strategic partner with deep process expertise and the ability to influence at senior levels? Step into the role of Global Process Owner and shape the future of Legal Design & Compliance across the LEGO ® Group!
Core Responsibilities
As the Global Process Owner for Legal Design & Compliance, you will own and drive the end-to-end legal process landscape. You will act as the senior strategic lead, setting the vision for legal process standardization, digitalization, and performance optimization while steering key partnerships across Legal and BSO!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving end-to-end performance and optimization with a focus on productivity, quality, and executional speed.
- Acting as a trusted advisor through clear, value-based partner management.
- Driving standardization, digital enablement, and governance of end-to-end legal processes.
- Leading close collaboration with LEGO Group Legal and the Operational Legal department in BSO.
- Securing robust process design within the new legal split between Legal and BSO.
- Serving as a functional lead for team members and guiding legal process delivery.
- Bringing best-practice knowledge, setting the vision and ensuring execution.

Do you have what it takes?
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in process excellence, direction setting, optimization, automation and performance management.
- Advanced continuous-improvement skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and facilitation capabilities.
- Demonstrated project and change management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build motivation and engagement through indirect leadership.
- End-to-end process attitude and understanding of global, multicultural business environments.
- Focused approach with the ability to build high-performing teams and deliver outcomes.
What would be an advantage?
- Experience in a similar Global Process Owner or senior legal-operations role.
- Ability to drive initiatives in a complex, multi-layered stakeholder landscape.
- Experience working within a Center of Expertise or Business Service Center environment.
