Drive the development of tomorrow’s Infrastructure sector
We are looking for a Business Development Director (in COWI context called Market Director) to take responsibility for coordinating sales efforts, driving business development, customer dialogue and leading the execution of larger proposals within Roads and Civil Works in Eastern Denmark. You will manage key customer relationships, ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities, and participate in strategic decision-making processes.
Within our Business Development team with focus on the Infrastructure sector, we work closely together to deliver our most strategic proposals for key customers. Through this collaboration, we are proud to have successfully delivered winning proposals for projects such as the Kalundborg Motorway, the Widening of the Hillerød Motorway, and the urban development “Nærheden”, among others.

On top of that, you will have:
- Deep experience and knowledge from infrastructure projects
- A proven track record of long-term management of key client relationships and business development.
- Strong leadership skills in leading teams for complex proposal and contract preparation.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Danish and preferably English.
