A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Control Systems Engineer, you will work on automation projects for medium and large energy plants, primarily in Denmark and Sweden, but also across Europe. Your day will include designing, programming, and validating control system solutions, collaborating closely with colleagues and customers, and participating in on-site commissioning. You will be part of a team driving digitalization and the green energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Translate complex customer requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions that meet industry standards.
  • Design, program, and thoroughly test advanced control system applications for energy plants.
  • Lead and support commissioning activities on-site, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain system reliability.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to production teams and customers, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Drive modernization and digitalization initiatives that enhance plant performance and contribute to the green energy transition.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical background combined with hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of DCS and PLC systems, with the ability to design and optimize control architectures.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Siemens Energy T3000 systems is an advantage; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Proficiency in English; Danish or another Scandinavian language is a plus for regional collaboration.

You will join our Controls & Digitalization business unit, which specializes in the reliable design, modernization, migration, and maintenance of SPPA-T3000 DCS systems for energy plants. Our team plays a key role in enabling the energy transition by ensuring that plants operate efficiently and sustainably.
