Project Coordinator

You will play an important role in:

• Sales of services to end-customers or via IGCs
• Supporting sales by creating quotations, technical scopes, etc.
• Planning and preparation of service jobs, Gantt charts, and workstreams
• Selection of required spare parts, tools, and resources to complete the service job
• Executing service jobs as a "Junior PM" with daily contact with customers, resource teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Finishing service projects by collecting costs, tools, service reports, other documentation, invoicing, and debriefing sessions

We imagine that you:

• Have a background as a marine engineer, ship fitter, ship mechanic, or hold an engineering degree
• Have experience working on board vessels in relation to equipment overhauls (preferred)
• Have good computer skills and excellent communication skills (in English)

Our department represents both 4-stroke propulsion and 4-stroke gensets. This means we have colleagues in our team in both Holeby and Frederikshavn. Despite the distance, we have very good cooperation and work closely together on service projects.

As a team, we have full responsibility for offering large services and overhauls to our 4-stroke DK-designed engine customers. We primarily focus on the regions Scandinavia and Europe, but also execute propeller service jobs globally, for example.
