About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and growth-minded Revenue Enablement Specialist to join our Global Revenue Enablement team. This is an ideal stepping-stone role for someone who wants to build a career in enablement and support our mission to elevate sales performance, embed consistent revenue skills, and strengthen execution across all customer-facing roles at Zensai.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Manager of Global Revenue Enablement to support the delivery and coordination of our global enablement programs. You’ll help drive adoption of our revenue operating model, reinforce MEDDPICC and value-led selling best practices, maintain and build enablement resources, and play a key role in supporting team coaching initiatives and skills development across the organization.

This role is perfect for someone with SaaS or GTM experience who is passionate about learning, coaching, continuous improvement, and helping revenue teams perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

Enablement Program Support

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of global revenue enablement programs for AEs, AMs, and CS teams.
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and building training content and e-learning courses across our enablement platforms.
  • Help ensure onboarding and continuous learning programs are delivered consistently and to a high standard.

Skills & Methodology Coaching

  • Reinforce Zensai’s revenue operating model by supporting the embedding of key skills including discovery excellence, MEDDPICC, and value-based selling.
  • Assist with coaching initiatives, training sessions, and reinforcement activities across the revenue organization.
  • Partner with the Enablement Manager to collect feedback, identify gaps, and support continuous skills improvement.

Playbooks, Content & Resources

  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of sales playbooks, talk tracks, templates, and enablement resources.
  • Ensure materials are up-to-date, easy to access, and aligned with GTM messaging and processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and other GTM teams to support product enablement and readiness.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with sales leadership, operations, product marketing, and customer success to support revenue-wide enablement alignment.
  • Assist with internal communications related to programs, updates, launches, and training deliverables.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of enablement program adoption and engagement.

Must-Haves

  • Strong understanding of MEDDPICC, value selling, and modern B2B SaaS sales processes.
  • Previous experience in SaaS sales, account management, customer success, or GTM leadership. Also, would consider those with Learning & Development/Design experience including content creators etc.
  • Comfortable partnering across time zones and supporting both EMEA and US teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify and organize information effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for coaching, learning, and helping others succeed.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to Copenhagen for workshops, onboarding, or team meetings.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with enablement coaching tools, e-learning platforms, and sales methodologies.
  • Experience supporting or running coaching sessions, workshops, or training programs.
