Senior Field Marketing Specialist

Omada is looking for a senior field marketing specialist who will be responsible for field marketing including partner marketing in DACH reporting directly to the CMO with a dotted line to the DACH sales leader. This person will be responsible for building and executing on the marketing plans for our DACH region together with our sales and channel leaders.

The leader of Field Marketing in DACH will be responsible for developing and executing high impact regional marketing plans to drive new leads and that help move accounts through our sales cycle faster and more effectively. This role will report to the CMO, working closely with sales and global marketing teams to deliver events and partner marketing programs that drive results and expand our local footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute on the DACH field marketing plan that includes large industry events such as Kuppinger Cole’s EIC event as well as local partner activities.
  • Collaborate with our DACH sales leader and her team to ensure marketing strategy and execution is closely aligned with sales strategy.
  • Work closely with the Partner Director to plan and execute on partner activities.
  • Work closely with the DSR team that are responsible for following up on all marketing activities.
  • Leverage our investment in 6Sense, Dealfront, PeerSpot and Brighttalk to ensure we use buyer intent data and insights in all GTM activities.
  • Develop and execute on partner-focused programs and communications to support our partner community leveraging the yearly assigned MDF funds.
  • Measure, analyze and continuously improve the results of your activities by tracking key indicators that reflect pipeline and revenue creation in your region (with help from marketing operations).
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders who influence the company’s go-to-market effort.
  • Support the Central Digital team to update the German website and keep this up to date.
  • Support the Central Digital team with Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns in German.
  • Support the Central Digital team with DACH Social Media.
  • Lead the DACH PR effort and manage local PR agency in close collaboration with global PR leader and CMO.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise software B2B field marketing
  • Rich experience in events
  • Knowledge of partner marketing is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent).
  • User proficiency in SFDC. Knowledge of Pardot is a plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and plans and gain consensus
  • Ability to drive projects with the support of central marketing function
  • High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility
  • Experience in security a plus

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B enterprise software marketing.
  • Knowledge and experience of demand generation and integrated marketing.
  • B.A. / B.S or equivalent undergraduate degree. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Very strong written and communications skills – must be able to communicate the value proposition of the company, create original content (case studies, slide decks, landing pages, etc.), present to a wide range of audiences, from senior executives at customers, to relatively technical people.
  • Travel will be required to the various events in the DACH region and about twice per year to meet with the team in EMEA.
