In this role, you will:

  • Work in a broad and dynamic engineering role that bridges quality, production, supply chain, and R&D support.
  • Perform mechanical and electronic design reviews, providing feedback for future product development and design iterations.
  • Review BOMs for electronic and mechatronic components and manage revision control and engineering documentation.
  • Maintain and manage the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics): creating and updating items, BOMs, routings, item cards, pricing, vendors, and reordering parameters.
  • Investigate quality issues using internal quality tools (e.g. CANEA) and handle supplier claims, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Design tools, fixtures, and test procedures for use in both production and R&D environments using SolidWorks or others.
  • Create and maintain detailed work instructions for assemblies and sub-assemblies, including documentation for new parts, procedures, and tooling.
  • Communicate with suppliers to source new parts and services (e.g. soldering, assembly, coating, or painting) for both production and prototyping.
  • Manage purchase orders and procurement activities related to production and engineering development.
  • Create and coordinate work orders in collaboration with the production and planning teams.
  • Lead the transition of new products from R&D into full-scale production, acting as project coordinator or project manager.
  • Support internal and external repair cases and customer claims, including investigation and feedback to the engineering team.
  • Drive mechanical and electronic quality control, and support supplier issue resolution.
  • Participate actively in ISO 9001 audits and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Support the production and testing of medical equipment, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable standards.

Your profile:

  • Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • > 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role is a plus.
  • Proficient in CAD tools such as SolidWorks and/or Fusion 360 is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Solid understanding of production processes, supplier coordination, and quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems and tools (e.g. CANEA or equivalent).
  • Fluent in English (Danish is a plus).
  • Hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and ability to collaborate across departments.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in robotics, automation, or electronics assembly.
  • Familiarity with electrical testing procedures, soldering standards, and safety regulations.
  • Background in start-up or scale-up environments where roles are flexible and broad.
