The team
As a Motion Designer at BLAST, you’ll join our in-house creative Services team, collaborating with talented and passionate designers and motion designers. You’ll work from our fantastic office located in the center of Copenhagen.

The Role
As a Motion Designer you will play a key role in shaping world-class esports events. You will be responsible for creating graphic assets for broadcasts and large-scale arena shows worldwide, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver impactful experiences. Your work will also involve contributing to concept development for commercial partners, designing visual identities for new esports circuits, and other creative development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Take creative ownership of a game title and lead its creative design and motion-graphics efforts
• Play an active role in developing visual identities and creative concepts
• Drive projects from start to finish - from initial idea to final arena-screen delivery
• Collaborate closely with clients, producers, and wider BLAST teams to understand needs and contribute ideas
• Communicate effectively, interpret feedback, and consistently meet deadlines

Requirements

• Superuser in After Effects
• Experience working with After Effects Expressions
• Experience with Cinema 4D & Redshift is a plus
• Great eye for animation and composition
• Great technical understanding
• Independent creative who can take a task from start to finish
• Proficient in English
• Have a proactive mindset in solving current and future challenges
• Be curious about creativity and trying new things out
• Experience in broadcast or live-event environments is a plus but not required
