Spanish-Speaking Marketing Assistant at JUC in Copenhagen (Part-time)

What we are looking for

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant education within marketing, e-commerce, communication, business, or similar.
• The position is approximately 15 hours per week, and we expect you to work consistently and take responsibility for your tasks – while offering flexibility in how the hours are scheduled, so it fits with your daily life.
• You have an analytical approach to marketing and are interested in working with large amounts of data.
• You are detail-oriented and take a structured approach to tasks.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• No prior experience is expected – we are looking for a motivated candidate who is eager to learn.

Your primary tasks
As a Marketing Assistant at JUC, you will have the opportunity to work with email marketing, content creation, data analysis, market analysis, and segmentation in order to strengthen our digital marketing and customer engagement. The position is part-time and corresponds to around 15 hours per week. The hours can be scheduled flexibly throughout the week to fit your studies or other commitments, and we will plan them together.

You will, among other things:

• Prepare content for our digital campaigns, including newsletters and emails.
• Analyze and optimize email campaigns, including comparing results, identifying the most revenue-generating campaigns, running A/B tests, and working with conversion analyses.
• Segment customer profiles and target campaigns based on data and lead breakdowns.
