We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset - a proactive leader who identifies opportunities, takes ownership, and delivers innovative, customized retrofit solutions for our global key customers.
You will manage a strong pipeline of technically complex customized products, such as Derating, Exhaust Gas Bypass (EGB), and Hydraulic Oil Separation systems. You’ll play a key role in delivering new customized solutions to market, combining your technical expertise, strong commercial mindset and proven project management skills.

You will play an important role in:
Retrofit & Upgrade department at Everllence offers a comprehensive range of products designed to optimize 2-stroke engines in operation. That includes providing customers with innovative solutions that reduce operating costs, improve fuel efficiency, enhance engine performance and ensure compliance with modern emission regulations. By applying our extensive expertise and advanced technologies, we enable customers to achieve greater efficiency and sustainability in their marine operations.
Your deep understanding of the marine industry and ability to turn challenges into solutions will be key to your success.
You will:
- Lead customized projects from contract signing to final project delivery
- Translate customer technical needs and economic drivers into effective solutions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Everllence regional service hubs, engineering departments and 3rd party service providers
- Build strong relationships with customers ensuring successful delivery of the solutions
- Drive the execution and delivery of new customized retrofit solutions that meet both technical and commercial requirements

Welcome to Product Execution, Retrofit & Upgrade
You will be part of the Product Execution department within Retrofit and Upgrade, Products, where our Project Managers execute all orders and projects from the standard Retrofit & Upgrade product portfolio. We are a diverse and dedicated team of skilled professionals focused on delivering high-quality solutions that meet our customers’ needs. Your future colleagues are based in Copenhagen and Frederikshavn.
This particular position is based in Copenhagen, where you will join collaborative team of Sales Managers, Project Coordinator and Product Managers, all committed to driving excellence across our standard product portfolio.
