We’re looking for an Underwriting Analyst join our Credit department. In this role, you’ll focus on assessing and structuring mid-sized corporate loans. You’ll work closely with our sales organization to evaluate financing requests, assess collateral, structure proposals, and deliver credit memos to internal committees and decision-makers.
Get an idea of the role

Your day-to-day will involve deep financial analysis, risk classification, and proposing credit structures tailored to both the client’s needs and our internal credit standards. Once loans are approved, you’ll also support ongoing monitoring and reassessments to manage risk exposure over time. The role offers a broad view of the credit process—from onboarding new partners to evaluating the long-term performance of existing credit engagements. In addition, you will get the opportunity to work with our Product teams to further develop or credit products as well as systems and tools used to underwrite and manage our portfolio.

You’ll be part of a small, collaborative credit team working closely with sales, product and senior management. Your insights will have a direct impact not just on individual lending decisions, but also on how we refine and improve our credit processes. Who you are

• At least 5 years of experience in SME or mid-sized corporate lending
• Strong skills in credit analysis, financial modelling, and writing clear, structured credit memos
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a strong plus
