Responsibilities
- Engage with Denmark’s largest insurance and pension customers to understand their strategic priorities and challenges.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Azure, AI, and Data technologies to help customers modernize infrastructure and unlock insights.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams—including account executives, solution engineers, cloud architects, and partners—to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Translate customer needs into actionable cloud and AI strategies, guiding them through every step of their transformation journey.
- Participate in biweekly pipeline management sessions to ensure accurate forecasting, prioritize opportunities, and maintain a healthy business rhythm.
- Own the sales process from qualifying use cases to securing customer commitment for implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cloud solution sales, preferably within insurance, pension, or other regulated industries – not a must.
- Understanding of cloud services, cloud architecture, data analytics, and AI-driven transformation.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across virtual teams, driving consensus and action without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Danish and English.
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for helping customers succeed in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Experience with Generative AI, Microsoft Azure, or large-scale data modernization projects.
- Familiarity with Danish insurance and pension sector regulations and business models.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving adoption of innovative cloud solutions.
