In this role, you’ll act as a senior technical sales leader and trusted advisor, working with cutting-edge technologies like Microsoft Defender for XDR, Sentinel, Entra, and Microsoft Defender for Cloud. You’ll lead technical engagements—demos, workshops, proof-of-concepts—and guide customers in modernizing their security architecture and posture.

Responsibilities

• Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the technical owner on aligned Security product portfolio, staying up to date on the latest features and industry trends to guide customers’ security strategies, outcomes, and decisions
• Lead Technical Sales Engagements to drive technical wins: Lead customer-facing technical activities – including presentations, demos, workshops, design sessions, proofs-of-concept (PoCs), and pilots – to showcase the capabilities of Microsoft’s Security offerings and how they deliver business value, to win technical decisions
• Remove Technical & Competitive Blockers: Proactively identify and remove blockers – whether technical, architectural, or competitive – that could hinder the adoption or deployment of Microsoft’s Security solutions
• Orchestrate Solutions: Orchestrate virtual teams of solution specialists and solution engineers, partners, and other resources to design and deliver optimal security architectures, resolving technical obstacles and ensuring successful implementation for customers
• Voice of the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer to Microsoft’s product and engineering teams by providing feedback and insights, helping to shape product improvements and go-to-market strategies for aligned security offerings using established UAT processes and engagement models.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• Proven years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND A few years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND a couple years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
• Professional English proficiency and fluent in at least one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish or Polish
• Knowledge of security, paired with hands-on experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
• Certification in Microsoft 365 Security Administration or Cloud Security
• One or more of Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, etc
