Product Manager – Forage
Champion the evolution of forage products at DLF, contributing your experience to research-focused agricultural solutions. You will directly apply your agronomy knowledge in a pan-European role that combines proprietary seed innovation with data-led decision-making and end user understanding.

At DLF, we seek a motivated and curious Product Manager who recognizes the value of integrating research, market insights, and effective cross-team cooperation.

In this role, you will help bring research-driven products to life and improve our forage solutions across Europe. You will be part of a collaborative Product & Marketing team, where knowledge sharing, professional sparring, and teamwork are key to how we create value.

It is a full time position and the start date is as soon as possible. The Product & Marketing team is based in DLF’s headquarter currently located in Roskilde, but will be relocated to a newly built head office in Måløv, near Kildedal Station, during the first quarter of 2026.

As Product Manager you will contribute to:

• Position DLF as an industry leader by developing and sharing technical insights on forage grasses
• Translate research-based innovations into clear, value-adding concepts tailored to the needs of our customers and end users
• Drive pan-European activities and projects to support the development of DLF solutions in the forage market
• Propose and coordinate product development trials in close collaboration with researchers, independent organisations, and end users—ensuring data driven decision-making
• Facilitate regular collaboration and knowledge-sharing among local forage experts across Europe to encourage collaboration and the exchange of best practices.
• Have experience within the Agri sector - preferably within product management, product development, or similar roles with creating solutions to forage end users
• Bring knowledge of forage crops and agronomy and can apply this knowledge in product management and market understanding
• Design and implement efficient workflows for managing product development and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Ability to integrate data analysis, technical research, and user feedback to inform product development and decision-making processes
• Speak and write English
