The role you’ll play
You will lead FP&A at AIP Management, driving the quarterly reporting process, preparing investor reporting, analysing the performance of our funds and portfolio of assets, and supporting fundraising and investor activities. You will be responsible for further developing the FP&A framework and providing valuable insights to AIP’s management team.

- Driving the quarterly reporting process.
- Analysing the performance of our funds and single assets.
- Preparing quarterly investor reporting material, including aggregation of asset-level performance data and assessment of fund-level performance.
- Driving data optimisation initiatives across FP&A, ensuring consistent data quality, improved workflows, and seamless integration with other teams (Asset Management, Investor Relations, Valuation).
- Developing and maintaining financial performance models at portfolio level.
- Liaising with Investor Relations on performance data, track record, and other requests.
- Taking ownership of selected workstreams and proactively contributing to best practices, process improvements, and tools across FP&A and Valuation.
What you’ll need to bring
- A solid FP&A toolbox obtained through previous experience.
- The ability to maintain an overview and think strategically, while also being able to dive into the details.
- Self-driven with a high degree of ownership for your tasks.
- Proactive and ambitious, while also being a team player.
- Eager to share your knowledge and ideas for the benefit of the organisation.
- Curious with strong analytical skills.
- A passion for modelling, systems, statistics, and working with datasets.
- A Master’s degree in Economics and/or Finance.
- Clear verbal and written communication in English.
- Experience with PowerPoint and proficiency in Excel.
- Financial modelling experience.
