Do you have 5–8 years of experience within finance and accounting and are you ready to take the next step in your career?
Icotera are looking for a Finance Manager to join the headquarters in Glostrup. In this role, you will take on a central position driving and developing the finance function across Denmark and Poland.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for our full financial landscape – from accounting and reporting to budgeting and the annual report. You will lead a talented team of five colleagues (accountants, controllers, and business analysts) and act as a trusted sparring partner to our Executive Management Team. You will be reporting to CFO, Anders Stahl Eriksen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality internal and external reporting
  • Manage annual group audit and statutory reporting
  • Lead and develop our accounting and controlling teams
  • Oversee monthly and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure financial compliance, processes, and procedures
  • Drive the budget process and forecasts
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses and management presentations

Your Profile

  • A higher education within finance/accounting and 5–10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (experience with Microsoft 365 BC is an advantage)
  • Excellent analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • A proactive self-starter with a strong drive for results
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting and working across departments
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with change and optimization in focus
  • Strong communication skills in English – both written and spoken
