Opportunity to join our Corporate Finance team in a wide-ranging role to secure robust planning processes providing senior leadership transparency into financial performance!
Core Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the financial position and cash flow planning and forecast, including define the annual plan, ensured follow-up on actual Year-To-Date performance and forecast Year-To-Go.
- Drive continuous improvement in the financial position and cash flow process and tool and identity improvement opportunities across functions.
- Secure documentation of our planning principles in a simple and easy to understand way, making them accessible and well-communicated across the wider Finance organization.
- Support the annual process of aligning and documenting core planning assumptions (e.g. Inflation, investment levels, productivity targets) and ensuring these are shared with relevant partners.
- Collaborate closely with the owners of other core planning processes, for example Digital and HR.to optimize timelines and deliverables in our end-to-end Corporate Planning.
- Be part of a collaborative and diverse team in executing our financial processes including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and secure close alignment with the key stakeholders in HR and Global Cost Management around headcount planning.

Corporate Planning is a sub team within the Corporate Reporting & Planning team, which is responsible for financial performance management, including reporting, planning, estimates, and
continuous process improvement. You will be part of a fun and competent team consisting of 20 dedicated colleagues, of which 6 are in Corporate Planning. Our overall aim is to secure robust planning processes providing senior leadership transparency into financial performance. We collaborate closely with all Finance departments across the organization. You will gain a lot of new learnings, get a deep end-to-end understanding of financial processes, and play an important part in delivering and elevating our financial planning and reporting.
Do you have what it takes?
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business administration, MBA or similar.
- Proven experience in a global organization, preferably with some experience within either FP&A or Business Finance.
- Experience working with financial position and cash flow and can coordinate all aspects of the planning and forecasting process related to financial position and cash flow.
- Self-driven and structured, ensuring clear governance and document complex processes in a concise way.
- Ability to seamlessly shift from high-level consolidation to in-depth analysis, converting data and information into insights, choices and recommendations.
- Being curious and seek new inspiration, challenge and optimize our current way of working and drive efficiencies in our financial planning processes.
- Demonstrates a growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and develop, both personally and professionally.
- Thrives in collaborating optimally across diverse teams, functions (e.g., Finance, Digital, HR), and organizational levels.
- Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken.
