What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, test, and deploy AI/ML models and scalable data-driven solutions
• Develop and optimize LLMs, vector databases, and graph structures
  
• Create advanced forecasts, classifications, and recommendation engines
• Improve data pipelines and ensure access to high-quality data
• Turn complex business needs into practical, high-impact AI use cases
  
• Collaborate closely with digital leads, architects, and developers
• Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Explore new tools and technologies to keep Danfoss at the forefront of AI innovation
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• 1+ year hands-on experience with AI/ML development
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with notebooks and ML frameworks
• Experience with forecasting models or large language models
  
• Good understanding of databases, data structures, and software architecture
• Familiarity with platforms such as Azure, GCP, Databricks, or MATLAB
• Curious, proactive mindset — comfortable navigating complexity and engaging stakeholders
