Under Security, Resilience and Controls (SRC), the Cyber Design teams bring security architecture and internal security standards based on regulatory requirements and best practices to the rest of the group.

About the Role

This role focuses on privileged access management and also provides expert advice to a larger workstream focused on replacing the current Identity and Access Management platform with a modern IGA solution. It will require high-level architecture of IGA solutions.

SME on IGA platforms- security controls implementation, operational resilience, capacity, scaling, management model, service model, recovery.

Expert knowledge in privileged access management, secrets management, HSMs, certificate and key management, EntraID and AWS security. include, industry technology trends review.

You will

• Ensure Security and Privacy by design when assessing solution designs
• Develop and maintain security architectures across security domains and architecture artefacts (e.g., models, templates, standards, and procedures) to leverage security capabilities in projects and operations
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps based on sound enterprise architecture practices
• Support the testing and validation of internal security controls
• Stay current with the industry, regulatory, and legal requirements relevant to Policy and Control
• Work with frameworks in information security, IT risk and compliance, and data privacy.
• Have vendor solutions review and RFI/RFP leadership and preparation
  

What we imagine about you
You bring Approx 10+ years of experience as Senior Identity and Access Management Architect. You have Bachelor’s degree in information technology, security, or similar, and have experience in providing security architecture support to a large development organization.

• Experience in developing complex IT Solutions
• Information security credentials such as CISM, CISSP,CCSP or CGRC
• Experience with privileged access management solutions
• Experience in designing infrastructure IGA solutions for on-prem and cloud and solutions for large organizations
• Solid stakeholder management, diplomacy, communication, and presentations skills in English
• Provide technical team leadership
