UX Designer

Your role
As a UX Designer at EWE, you will create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance the user experience. Working closely with product owners and development teams, you will design, prototype, and help implement front-end solutions that combine functionality with aesthetic excellence.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing software design concepts (interfaces) through front end technology

• Ensuring aesthetically pleasing interface to the end user

• UX development

• End user design driven task / workshops

• Team minded development setup

• Cooperation with Product owner on daily basis

Tasks

• Designing user interfaces (visually- and intuitively appealing)

• Designing web based frontend concepts

• Consumer research

• Prototyping in Figma

• Coding front-end of the design interface

• Testing/debugging the coded design across platforms

• Participate in SCRUM team activities

Your profile
You bring a strong background in UX design or web development, with hands-on experience in creating new frontends from scratch.

Your skill set includes experience with:

• Frontend development
• Figma and Blazor
• SCRUM
• Jira and Confluence

On a personal level, you are proactive and approachable, with the ability to build strong connections across the organization.

Your personal strengths include:

• Creative design skills – with an understanding of human behavior
• Analytical mindset
• Strong visual communication
• Collaborative approach
• Attention to detail
• Curiosity about AI and machine learning

Besides, you see yourself working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including Project Managers, Technical Project Managers, Product Owners, project and focus groups, as well as development teams.
