When joining Vivicta as an onsite IT support technican:
You will provide onsite IT support to our internal employees, ensuring smooth operations and great user experience. Your daily work will include:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical hardware, software & network issues.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
- Providing first-line support to end-users.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Maintaining and updating IT documentation.
- Ensuring security protocols are followed (e.g., antivirus, firewalls, company policies).
- Supporting peripheral devices (printers, scanners, VoIP phones).
- Coordinating with remote teams or vendors for escalated issues.
Who we are looking for:
- You are fluent in Swedish and English
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware components.
- Experience with the following types of software: Service Now, Azure/Intune, Absolute, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft products.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
- Customer Service: Clear communication, patience, and professionalism when dealing with users.
- Time Management: Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple issues simultaneously.
