Kunne du tænke dig at hjælpe store og mellemstore virksomheder og private equity fonde, når de skal købe eller sælge virksomheder. Som M&A rådgiver i Transaction Services bliver du en del af en afdeling på mere end 60 dygtige kollegaer. Transaction Services er en del af PwC’s forretningsområde Deals, som hører ind under PwC’s konsulentspor, der primært fokuserer på at hjælpe virksomheder med at gennemføre opkøb eller frasalg af virksomheder.

Som M&A-rådgiver i Transaction Services vil dine ansvarsområder inkludere:
- At guide og rådgive kunder gennem den finansielle due diligence-proces i forbindelse med køb og salg af virksomheder gennem finansielle analyser.
- At være en del af hele projektcyklussen, herunder forberedelse af spørgsmål til ledelsen, strukturering af data, dataanalyse og præsentation af konklusioner og red flags gennem både mundtlig og skriftlig afrapportering.
- At yde rådgivning i forbindelse med køb og salg af virksomheder, herunder beregning og optimering af både arbejdskapitalen og købesummen.

Kvalifikationer
Du har mere end 2 års relevant erfaring indenfor Transaction Services. Dertil har du færdiggjort eller er i gang med en kandidatuddannelse med et væsentligt element af finansierings- og regnskabsfag. Desuden forestiller vi os at du:
- har en sans for tal
- er analytisk, dynamisk og tager ansvar i dit arbejde
- er god til at samarbejde og kommunikere
- er forberedt på at yde en ekstraordinær indsats
- flydende i dansk og engelsk - både skriftligt og mundtligt.

Are you our new colleague for financial due diligence and M&A advisory at PwC?
Would you like to assist large and medium-sized companies as well as private equity funds when they are buying or selling businesses? As an M&A advisor in Transaction Services, you will become part of a team with more than 60 talented colleagues. Transaction Services is part of PwC’s business area Deals, which falls under PwC’s consulting track and primarily focuses on helping companies execute acquisitions or divestitures.
Gain insight into the work as an M&A advisor.
We operate in an open, inspiring, and, not least, international environment, where teams are assembled according to client needs. You will build a broad network of colleagues across the globe, ready to support you and your team with specialist knowledge.
As an M&A advisor in Transaction Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and advising clients through the financial due diligence process in connection with buying and selling businesses, using financial analyses.
- Being involved throughout the entire project cycle, including preparing questions for management, structuring data, conducting data analysis, and presenting conclusions and red flags through both oral and written reporting.
- Providing advisory services in connection with the purchase and sale of companies, including calculation and optimisation of both working capital and purchase price.

Qualifications
You have more than 2 years of relevant experience within Transaction Services. In addition, you have completed or are pursuing a master’s degree with a significant element of finance and accounting subjects. Furthermore, we envision that you:

- are good at collaborating and communicating
- are prepared to deliver extraordinary effort
- are fluent in Danish and English – both written and spoken.
