At Gram Equipment, we design and build the machinery that allows the world’s most beloved ice cream brands to innovate and scale. One of the most crucial steps in ice cream production is the dipping process — from chocolate and caramel to juices and specialty coatings — and our AHS Slat Conveyor sits at the very heart of this operation.

We are now seeking a Product Owner for AHS who will take responsibility for both the execution and the ongoing development of our slat conveyor systems. In this role, you will help ensure that our equipment continues to set the global standard for innovation, quality, and sustainability in ice cream production.

About the Role
As Product Owner, you will oversee the delivery of AHS equipment from concept to installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. You will drive the continuous improvement and future development of the AHS platform and its related dipping technologies, working closely with Sales and R&D to identify market needs and close technology gaps.

Your work will span everything from supporting sales with technical insights and design input to securing seamless integration between the AHS and other equipment such as dipping baths. You will provide expert support when challenges arise — including on-site troubleshooting where necessary — and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations.

What You Bring
You have extensive experience in mechanical design, particularly in 3D and 2D machine construction. You feel confident working with assembly drawings, pneumatic diagrams, and functional descriptions. You understand the importance of translating technical requirements into clear specifications and practical solutions, all while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.

A hands-on, collaborative approach is essential for achieving success, as it depends on your ability to work closely with the product team, which includes automation, purchasing, assembly, and importantly, the end customers. Familiarity with food industry standards is advantageous, and you should be willing to travel for on-site support when necessary.

On a personal level, you are someone who takes initiative and makes sound decisions, plans and organizes your work effectively, and guides stakeholders with clarity. You work naturally with others, communicate openly, and adapt well to shifting priorities and new challenges.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in 3D mechnical design (machines/equipment)
• Skilled in 2D drawings, assembly drawings, and pneumatic diagrams
• Ability to produce clear functional descriptions and automation interfaces
• Experience with CE Marking, safety documentation, and risk assessments
• Understanding of food industry standards is a plus
• Hands-on approach and willingness to work closely with production and end users
• Ability to travel for customer support when required
