We are looking for passionate Data Scientists who will be a member of our technology and innovation team responsible for new technology development and innovation projects within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, create and implement advanced statistical models and cutting-edge machine learning algorithms on fast-moving structured and unstructured data to support decision making.
  • You need to Investigate the most appropriate techniques to solve complex problems by assessing diverse mathematical, statistical and AI models.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly transition AI innovations into scalable and reliable operational solutions.
  • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, visualizations and presentations to gain alignment and drive business actions.
  • You have to collaborate with Software Engineers to ensure the smooth integration of data science products into global offerings.
  • Have a very strong product mindset and proactively ideate, design, improve and automate relevant data products.
  • Guide and mentor junior data scientists and rest of the team on modeling process and algorithm and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLM, NLP, deep learning, and machine learning algorithms, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies for improved solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • PhD or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, data science or other discipline (e.g., electrical engineering, economics, psychology) that exposes scientific methods of research and analysis.
  • Experience in a professional context, preferably in a global setup with distributed virtual teams and environments.
  • Should have Strong data fundamentals and demonstrated ability to organize, clean, schematize and process data, as well as good understanding of how to use data science methodologies to solve complex problems.
  • Expertise in large deep-learning model fine-tuning and deployment.
  • Experience in working with generative/multi-modal/multi-task models will be a plus.
  • Solid programming skills of Python and familiar with challenges working with large data.
  • Strong academic and publication record is desired.
  • Proficiency in English
