Your role
Your role will typically include: Design, develop, build, test and inspect mechanical devices and systems from idea through design and prototyping. You work in multidisciplinary teams to collaborate with professionals from other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components into our systems.
Tasks
- Prepare design solutions
- Create drawings (3D/Inventor)
- Mount and test prototypes by yourself
- Verification test, e.g. shock, vibration and IP level
- Ensure design for manufacturing
- Secure documentation (ERP, BOM, assemply instructions)
- Contact with suppliers and customers through the projects and contact to our external test partners
- On-board site survey
- Maintain current products
Your profile
This opportunity requires a person who likes to learn from and work with many stakeholders. The candidates we are looking for are self-driven, innovative and has the ability to follow up and finalize tasks.
If you have a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering combined with an education as skilled craftsman, e.g. machinists or technician, this is a perfect opportunity for you.
We are in a global environment and therefore look for candidates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.
