Role, Purpose & Impact
Queue-it is seeking an experienced Key Account Director, EMEA to join our Global Partner Sales team. This strategic role is central to driving growth through deep engagement with our most important partners and enterprise customers across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term partnerships, enabling joint success, and delivering stellar results against ambitious revenue targets.

As a Key Account Director, you will manage complex partner ecosystems and enterprise accounts, often involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision cycles. Your ability to build trust, articulate the value of Queue-it’s SaaS platform, and execute joint go-to-market strategies will be critical to success. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, global tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships across EMEA, ensuring alignment on joint business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Own and drive enterprise sales through partners, managing the full cycle from co-selling and solution positioning to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key partners and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Enable partner success by providing training, resources, and support for joint opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless execution.
  • Represent Queue-it and our partners at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic meetings.
  • Consistently exceed quota and KPIs, ensuring accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM systems.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in enterprise sales and partner management, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Skills & Attributes
    • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and enterprise sales processes.
    • Strong ability to nurture relationships and drive joint success.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Collaborative mindset with experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
    • Highly motivated by targets and results.
    • Additional languages beyond English are a strong plus.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

About the office(s)
In this role you will be working in Vesterbro in the heart of Copenhagen. This is Queue-it’s largest office and global headquarters. Our space is designed to support both collaboration and focus, with an open-plan layout, quiet rooms, and dedicated areas for deep work. For fun and downtime, we have a ping pong table, foosball, and regular social activities. You’ll also enjoy daily snacks, fresh fruit, great coffee, and access to a subsidized canteen in the building.
