About the role
We are looking for an experienced and fluent E-commerce Manager, with the ability to drive realizing business opportunities into growth.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Proactively identify and drive digital sales growth initiatives across the Nordic markets, basing on continuous analysis of customer needs and behavior as well as our business ambitions
- Drive the development of digital experiences and offerings, conducting relevant business and sales analysis
- Efficiently collaborate across various teams and units in the organization to ensure engagement and progress of initiatives in a cross-functional and cross-country set-up
- Stay on top of industry trends, technological opportunities and best practices in e-commerce to ensure our ways of working are best-in-class
About the unit and team
Digital Sales & Customer Experience is a Nordic unit working with private consumer customers, being responsible for meeting increasing digital demands from our customers with an agile mindset and working methods. We are responsible for building and developing our digital offerings to create excellent customer experiences that increase sales and improve retention and customer satisfaction. The unit brings together digital sales and services, customer analytics, 1-to-1 Marketing/CRM, API product management, and UX and Service design under one roof. This role is located in a team consisting of professionals working with digital growth, e-commerce and CRO.
Who are you?
You have a customer focus combined with sales/commercial acumen and result orientation. You take initiative proactively and enjoy bringing others onboard, focusing on solutions and continuous improvement. With a strong team play attitude, you acknowledge the importance of collaboration in delivering exceptional outcomes.
We expect you to have:
- 5+ years experience in managing e-commerce and digital sales, with demonstrated result responsibility and track
- Solid experience and understanding within various aspects of digital sales – UX, personalization, CRO, analytics and designing for multi-channel customer experiences
- Proven track of successfully leading digital business projects & growth initiatives
- Growth mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and enhance user experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills to impactfully collaborate and influence in cross-functional settings and with a variety of stakeholders across the Nordics
- Excellent communication skills in both English and one Nordic language
