Role and impact
As Automation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a zero-harm safety culture and enforcing the highest standards of automation within one of Denmark's most advanced factories. You will oversee and prioritize deliverables as projects transition to operations, ensuring knowledge transfer, enforcing adequate automation levels and compliance with all relevant laws and standards.

As a key member of the technical leadership team, you will lead and develop a dedicated group of 4 automation engineers, fostering continuous professional growth and a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities include managing and prioritizing all automation activities, identifying new projects and improvements, and acting as a stakeholder in CAPEX -projects.

You will also build strong relationships with key vendors, drive the implementation of robust standards and processes, and stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in automation. Risk analysis, assessment, and mitigation will be central to your role, ensuring the ongoing reliability and safety of automation on site.

Your new team
You will be the Manager for a team consisting of four highly skilled Automation Engineers, and together, you will be responsible for all automation in a factory recognized for its advanced automation level, offering a dynamic and challenging environment where teamwork and knowledge sharing are at the core.
