Do you want to play a key role in ensuring the success and smooth operation of our Technical Sales Engineer team?
We are looking for a dedicated and structured Functional Team Coordinator to take responsibility for coordination, communication, and continuous improvement within the team.

You will play an important role in:
As a Functional Team Coordinator, you will be a central point of contact for the Technical Sales Engineer team, supporting both the team and the Head of Sales Support, Asia. Your mission is to create structure, facilitate collaboration, and drive improvements in processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination & Resource Management
  • Plan and prioritize tasks within the team
  • Coordinate vacation schedules and register absences
  • Monitor progress and ensure goals are met
• Communication
  • Keep the team informed about critical updates, projects, and operational changes
  • Organize and lead weekly/bi-weekly team meetings
  • Report challenges or workload issues to the Head of Sales Support, Asia
• Ad-hoc & Development
  • Support performance evaluations and development initiatives
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
  • Support process and system improvements

We imagine that you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the follow competencies.

• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset
• Min. 3 years experience from a Sales Support Department
• Relevant professional background
• Knowledge of Everllence products, processes, guidelines and standards

Welcome to the Sales Support, Asia team
You will be part of the Sales Support team responsible for servicing and consulting both our 2-stroke engine customers in Asia as well as our international sales hubs.

We are a team consisting of 14 Technical Engineers and 7 Sales Coordinators all located in our office in Copenhagen.

Cooperation is key to us and we work closely in the team as well as with colleagues from Sales Management, Sourcing, Shipping and many other departments to offer the best possible customer support.
