Lindt in Denmark:
For the past 20 years, Lindt has been represented by a distributor overseeing all commercial affairs with the Danish trade partners. As of 1st Jan 2025, Lindt took over full commercial responsibility as well as legal affairs and will act as a direct business partner to all customers in the Danish territory. Lindt has established its own local organisation in Copenhagen, focusing on professional customer management, excellent market coverage, and gaining deep consumer insights.
Following this, Lindt is now offering the opportunity to join one of the most respected brands in the industry, as we are now looking for a Key Account Manager for the Danish market.
The role:
You will act as Lindt’s representative towards some of our Danish key customers with the aim of setting the stage for a mutually rewarding future for both Lindt and trade partners. This will give you the unique opportunity to be a part of our local presence and further development. You will do this in close cooperation with all your colleagues in the Danish team.
You will be a part of a team seeking to optimise customer strategy, defining and setting the ideal marketing mix, and pursuing category management projects, which will lead to mutually beneficial business development.

As Key Account Manager, you will have the following tasks:
- Full P&L responsibility for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop and execute customer strategies aligned with Lindt’s long-term objectives.
- Define, set, and communicate sales & profitability targets in cooperation with your direct superior.
- Identify, structure, and implement promotional activities in cooperation with your customers and ensure top-class execution.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with your assigned customers and establish strong partnerships built on professionalism, trust, and mutual respect.
- Ensure effective and constant cross-functional collaboration with Lindt’s experts in Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure optimal efficiency & alignment.
- Ultimately, all your actions will lead to substantial and long-term performance growth for Lindt’s overall mother brand.

We are looking for a senior and established Key Account Manager, an expert in the Danish FMCG market who feels enthusiastic about the opportunity described:
- You have worked for 5-7 years within the Danish FMCG environment and are looking for your next senior assignment.
- You have a university degree (Master's level) that you are proud of.
- You consider yourself an open-minded, communicative person who gets inspired by working with committed and knowledgeable colleagues.
- You have fun while working, as a positive attitude helps you achieve better results.
It is beneficial if you:
- Have solid Nielsen and Catman skills.
- Have Danish as your mother tongue.
- Are excellent in English.
- Have a high level of PowerPoint competence.
- Are very well acquainted with Excel.
- Understand SAP.
- Have worked with a Business Management System
- Understand that success comes from investing the required efforts.
- Sees setbacks as opportunities and enjoys the challenge of working around them.
